I am an attorney that specializes in recovering gambling losses from Detroit Casino operations. I never supported the imposition of legalized casino gambling in Detroit, Michigan. Now, with other like minded members of the Michigan Bar, we are legally fighting back in Court on behalf of the victims of this economic fiasco. It is time that responsible citizens take our City (and our money) back from these merchants of false illusion. Before I can take a case however, the gambling victim must first step in the recovery process, and seek counseling and treatment. Although not required, it is suggested that the victim execute the "disassociated persons" affidavit and file in accordance with the law, breaking the grip of the compulsive behavior and ending the vicious cycle once and for all.
